Show Dates: August 1,2,3,7,8,9, 2008

Audition Time:

May 9 - 11, 2008 at Fantasy Playhouse.  3312 Long Avenue,Huntsville.

 - Children ages 6-14 audition on Friday May 9 starting at 5:30 and Saturday May 10 starting at 9:30.

 - Adults ages 14 and up audition on Saturday May 10 starting at 1:30 and Sunday May 11 starting at 2:30.

Call back auditions will be held Sunday May 11.

Audition Requirements:

All auditioners must have a prepared song of at least 16 measures. 

Sheet music must be provided.  Please do not audition with a selection

from Annie.

Auditioners will be asked to do a cold reading. Those who can not read

will be accommodated during this part of the audition.

Auditioner will be taught a short dance piece to perform as well.

Age Requirements

Minimum age for auditions is 6 and up.  Orphan girls will be between the ages of 6 and 14.

“Leapin’ Lizards!"   The popular comic-strip heroine takes center stage in one of the world’s best-loved musicals.  Annie, a spunky Depression-era orphan,  is determined to find her parents,  who abandoned her years ago on the doorstep of a New York City Orphanage run by the cruel, embittered Miss Hannigan.    In adventure after fun-filled adventure,  Annie foils Miss Hannigan’s evil machinations, befriends President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and finds a new family and home with billionaire Oliver Warbucks  and a lovable mutt named Sandy.
